Production and transit times
Production takes place before your order is dispatched. Our current estimates for message-card necklace orders shipping to the United States are:
- Production: 3-5 business days before dispatch.
- Standard shipping transit: 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Production time and transit time are separate. These estimates are not delivery guarantees. Weekends, holidays and busy periods can affect schedules and extend the time needed to produce or deliver an order.
