Can I write my own message card?

The three necklaces featured here come with the prewritten printed card shown on their product page. Their options let you choose the necklace finish and box, rather than customize the card text.

Which box comes with my necklace?

Your gift comes in the box you select. Choose Standard or Luxury Box from the available product options before adding to cart. The price updates with your choice; a Luxury Box is not included with every option.

How long will my gift take to arrive?

Allow an estimated 3–5 business days for production, plus an estimated 2–5 business days for standard US transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not arrival guarantees, and busy periods can take longer. Read our shipping policy for details, or contact us before ordering for a specific date.

What if the gift isn’t right?

You can request a review within 30 days of delivery under our voluntary offer for unworn or unused items in original condition, with tags and packaging. Approved refunds do not require mailing the item back. Ordinary outbound shipping is generally excluded; your legal rights are unaffected.
